Interactive web map of driving distances to EV charging points.
This interactive web map shows the driving distances to EV fast charging points across North Yorkshire. For comparison the map also includes optional layers showing driving distances to petrol stations.
Each layer can be toggled on and off using the tick boxes in the legend.

About:
This map was created as part of an ongoing personal project to understand EV charging point distribution across the rural county of North Yorkshire.
The travel distances to each charging station were calculated using Open Route Services isochrones.

About:
A map created as part of my degree GIS module. The map shows the density of customers within areas of York which meet particular set of demographic and geographic criteria. The site was selected using multi-criteria analysis based on the provided criteria from a range of data sources including Ordnance Survey and ONS census data.
